1 - How do i change my password?

a: Click on Tools on the top menu bar.
Option 1
b: Click on Account, the change mail password window should appear.
c: In the Old Password box, type in you current password.
d: In both the New Password and the Confirm Password boxes enter what you want your new password to be.

e: Click on the OK button.

2 - I've forgotten my password.

Contact ICT Section helpline and submit a complete IT requisition form to us. We will reset to the default password, and you can change it to whatever you prefer afterwards. Be sure to choose your password carefully and keep it safe and secret. To help protect your personal information, change your password on a regular basis

3 - What is the maximum size limit allowed in my Webmail account?

You cannot send or receive any attachments that exceed 15MB. Your email account is not for data storage. You can use services such as Dropbox or Google Drive to send files larger than 15MB.

4 - How to blacklist spam emails?

Right click on the email and select Blacklist Sender.

5 - I didn't receive an email from my client, and they received a bounced message. Why?

There are many factors that could cause this to happen. Due to security policies applied to our system, the systems of most senders do not meet our security requirements. Forward the error to us so we can whitelist the sender’s domain.

6 - KLIACS Email Ethics.

a: Understand the rules in your company or organization about e-mail and computer use.
b: Ask your supervisor or manager for help with understanding what is appropriate if you are not sure.
c: Be careful with junk mail or spam mail that contain inappropriate business messages or that might contain viruses. Talk to your IT technical support staff if you are not sure how to handle them.
d: Delete spam/junk mail and make sure your trash/deleted folders are emptied regularly.
e: If someone inside the company sends you an e-mail that is questionable or offensive, delete it without responding.
f: If it is a repeated occurrence, talk to your supervisor, manager, Human Resources department about how to deal with it.
g: DO NOT send e-mail that could be considered offensive, angry, derogatory or insulting to someone else either inside the company or outside the company.
h: DO NOT use your company computer for your own personal use.
